Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) helped close an Islamic financing facility worth AED 325 million for Dubai-based Omniyat, according to a statement. 

ADIB was the bookrunner and underwriter, and acted with Arab African International Bank (AAIB) as mandated lead arrangers for the facility.

The facility aims to meet Omniyat’s financing objectives, especially for its Opus Project.

The project is a mixed-use development comprising offices, hotel and luxury serviced residences designed by the late architect, Dame Zaha Hadid.
